Revitalization of an 8 storey telecommunications office in Downtown Vancouver, incorporating a sustainable green design approach.

1997-1998: Roger Hughes + Partners Architects, Vancouver, BC
Senior Project Architect: Centennial Square, Victoria, BC.
Revitalization of an existing public square to Development Permit stage including offices, residential and gallery areas.
Construction Cost: CND $40M
Architect: Walnut Grove Aquatic Centre, Langley, BC.
Reecreation centre for water sports. Responsible for initial elevation concept design studies.


1996-1997: Llewelyn-Davies Architects, Hong Kong, China.
Senior Project Architect: Cathay Pacific Headquarters Building on the New International Airport.
100,000sqm New Build facility including offices, immigration areas, workshops, 500 4-star bed hotel, gym, restaurants, leisure centre, bar, food court, retail, karaoke, "insta-city" environment. Responsible for design, contract documentation up to site review.
Construction Cost: HKD $2,000M
Architect: Haeco Aircraft Hangar on the New International Airport. 50,000sqm aircraft maintenance facility.


1994-1996: Richards Basmajian Ltd, Hong Kong, China.
Project Architect: Li Fung Centre, Hong Kong, China.
20,000sqm conversion of warehouses to offices. Responsible for design, contract documentation and site review.
Construction Cost: HKD $180M
Architect: Shenyang Country Club, China. New build health spa, karaoke, dance club for 800, and function rooms facility.


1993-1994: RMJM, Hong Kong, China.
Project Architect: Xinan Lake Centre Shenzhen, China.
500,000sqm mixed-use development including retail, restaurants, offices, residential and hotel scheme.
Responsible for scheme design.
Construction Cost: RMB 500M
Project Architect: Butterfly Gardens, Shanghai, China.
7 hectare site incorporating eight 30-storey residential towers. Responsible for concept design.
Construction Cost: RMB 440M
Project Architect: Mine Train Roller Coaster, Hong Kong, China. Fun ride in Ocean Park.
Responsible for concept design.
Construction Cost: HKD $60M
Project Architect: Head Offices for West Zhuhai District Council, China.
